We sometimes hold tables for walk ins. Some of the dining room is communal seating.

Guy Rawlings utilizes creative cooking techniques, alongside traditional methods, to design a food menu that is based on Canada's seasons & availabilities.

Kim builds the philosophy of the business... Via the daily operations, Community relationship building, Special events, media, and helps out on the floor.

She also makes the playlists.
